PATIENT INFORMATION
Borrowing of Slides
If you have been referred by your doctor to another
hospital/institution for further management, the referral institution may
request to review the diagnostic material. A written request for borrowing
of the slides is required. Fax the request to 2521 7081. Please include
your contact details on the request. Once the material has been retrieved,
check and packed, we will contact you for collection. The material can be
collected from our laboratory at Canossa
Hospital, 1 Old Peak Road, Hong
Kong. All material on loan must be returned within 1 month of
collection.
